A gentle accessible Pilates class that will ease your pain and stiffness and help you move more freely. For those new to Pilates or who need to take it gently.
This class includes standing, seated and lying down mat moves with adaptations as needed.
We will focus on balance, functional movement, building strength, mobility, flexibility, breath and relaxation.
You will leave the class refreshed, relaxed and relieved from aches and pains.
